Refund Policy Overview

ATOZRDP offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee for eligible services. This policy applies only to customers who purchased our services without using a demo and are genuinely unsatisfied with the service.

Setup fees are non-refundable. In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, customers must clearly explain the reason for dissatisfaction. Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue before any refund decision is made.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service activation
  • Setup fees are not refundable
  • Partial refunds may be issued if the issue cannot be resolved
  • All refund decisions are subject to review by ATOZRDP

Non-Refundable Reasons

Refund requests will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Slow download or upload speeds to a specific host or location
  • Accidental or mistaken orders
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical knowledge on how to use VPS or RDP services
  • Restricted activities such as hacking, brute-forcing, or spamming
  • Inability to use the service due to travel, vacation, or personal reasons

Policy Violations

Note 1: If a customer violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment Disputes

Note 2: Opening a payment dispute without valid reason, or after using our services, will result in immediate service termination.

Refunds will not be granted in such cases. By completing a payment, you agree to ATOZRDP’s Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, which payment processors will honor during dispute resolution.

Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Dedicated Servers
  • Dating RDP or Residential IP services
  • Control Panel Licenses
  • SSL Certificates
  • Management or setup-related charges
